Our deposit conditions
The due date for payment is regulated as follows:
Flexible rate:
We ask you to pay a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) within 7 days by bank transfer.
When making the transfer, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, WH, your name, your arrival date.
As an alternative to the deposit, you may also provide us with your credit card details (number + expiry date). This will be debited in advance (13 days before your arrival) with 50% of the total price.
The remaining payment is to be made on departure in cash, by EC card, VISA or Master Card.
Non-cancellable rate:
We ask you to pay a deposit of 100% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) within 7 days by bank transfer.
When making the transfer, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, WH, your name, your arrival date.
As an alternative to the deposit, you may also provide us with your credit card details (number + expiry date). This will be charged in advance with 100 % of the total price.
Bookings of several rooms
Please transfer the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) for all rooms in advance
When transferring, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, WH, your name, your arrival date.
Alternatively, we ask for a deposit or credit card details for each room individually. Attention here we need the data of the individual rooms first

Our Cancellation Policy
1.) when booking the normal/flexible rates
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. However, we reserve the right to charge a € 50,- cancellation fee for all cancellations made, even if this is still possible free of charge at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation from 13 to 4 days before arrival: For cancellations from 13 to 4 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 3 days before arrival: For cancellations from 3 days prior to arrival we have to charge 80 % cancellation fee. Please note that special cancellation conditions apply during public holidays and holiday periods - see point d).
2.) When booking the non-refundable rate incl. price advantage
no free cancellation is possible. In the event of cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.
3.) for bookings over public holidays (incl. 1 August) and during the Christmas holidays and Carneval
Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 3 days before arrival: Cancellations from 3 days prior to arrival will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
Further changes
a) These conditions also apply in the event of changes to the number of rooms or persons, the arrival or departure time.
b) Group provisions for 4 rooms or more
All bookings of 4 rooms or more are subject to our group policy
Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation possible up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: For cancellations from 27 to 4 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations from 3 days before arrival 80% cancellation fee
For group offers and conferences, the contractually agreed cancellation conditions apply.
At the end of May 2024, the construction site for the planned extension was set up on the Notschreipass. Following this, preparatory measures were also taken and the earthworks for the new guest house started at the beginning of June.
During the construction phase, our hotel meadow including the children's playground is unfortunately not usable, but to compensate for your relaxation in the greenery, we have set up our sky loungers at the pond opposite the hotel and our Kneipp fountain can also be found there.
Update 26.06.24
The earthworks for the guest house are largely complete.
Static analyses and development work will follow from 01.07. Construction work will also begin on the basements of the two chalets, which will be built on the hotel meadow.
The foundation work for the guest house is planned for mid-August.
For further information, please take a look at our exposé, which will give you a first impression of our major project. We will be expanding our wellness area with more saunas, relaxation rooms, a bathing pond and a skypool to offer you even more choice for your wellness holiday with us. In addition, 26 more rooms are planned, including large family rooms with a sleeping tree house for the children and wellness suites with their own Infra Red cabin. The official ground-breaking ceremony for the extension project took place on 4 July. We are looking forward to opening our guest house in December 2025.

Our construction site will be closed from 12.08. to 18.08. due to the construction holidays of our regional companies. We wish everyone happy holidays!

Concreting the cellars of the chalets and erecting the first house on the hotel meadow. The floor slab is poured for the guest house.
Update 07.10.24
Start of erecting the 2nd chalet and inserting the windows in the 1st chalet. The foundations of the basement are being laid in the guest house.
Update 21.11.24
The first snow has fallen and the construction site of the guest house is at a standstill for the time being. As soon as it gets warmer again, the foundations of the ground floor and the floor slab will be built.
The formwork for the roof of the 2nd chalet will be installed as long as the weather permits. The 1st chalet is ready for the roofers, they are also waiting for better weather.
Update 26.11.24
The topping-out ceremony for the two chalet log cabins took place today. We would like to thank everyone who lent a hand in this short time and thus made it possible to erect the two houses before winter.
The photo on the left shows foreman Robert Fischer and the two builders Sebastian Bock and Benjamin Albiez, who were allowed to hammer in the symbolic last nail before the blessing.
Update 17.12.24
The construction site of the guest house is already on Christmas holiday and is now suspended until at least 6 January. Depending on the weather, work can then be resumed from 7 January. The remaining walls on the ground floor can then be formed and concreted and then the ceiling will be put on.
In the two chalet houses, the first house already has all the windows, house 2 will have the missing windows installed by the end of the week and then the interior work can continue in both houses.
Update 14.04.25
Spring has now also arrived at the Notschrei and the new guest house is taking shape. The ceiling of the first floor is currently being concreted and the walls of the second floor will be erected after Easter. At the same time, the basement is being waterproofed and the water connections and installations are being laid.
In the chalet houses, the interior work is progressing, walls are being erected, the underfloor heating is being laid and everything is being prepared for the electric wiring.
Update 10.06.25
The last ceiling of the guest house has been concreted and everything is now being prepared for the new skypool. At the same time, work begins on the interior of the guest house and the pipes for the sanitary connections and underfloor heating are laid.
There is also a lot going on outside, new car parks are being created and a quarry stone wall is being laid to reinforce the area.
Update 02.07.25
The first windows were delivered today and will be installed over the next 2 weeks. In addition, our tower, the eye-catcher of the guest house, will be completed from the outside. This will then house further common rooms. The excavation for the kitchen extension has been completed in the past few days and everything is now ready for the extension. The construction holidays will be in week 32 and 33.
Update 08.08.25
While the first companies are already enjoying their well-deserved construction holidays, this week the underfloor heating was laid and the screed poured on the first floor. Now everything can dry over the construction holidays so that the tilers can get started afterwards. Outdoor work will be suspended for the next two weeks, with only some interior work continuing. Drywall partitions will be erected for the reception back office and other minor work will be carried out, while the main work can continue.
From 08.09., the large car park renovation in front of the existing reception will begin, meaning that parking will only be possible in front of the restaurant.
