Are children allowed in the spa area?
Yes, children are welcome in the textile area WaldSpa (panorama indoor pool, steam bath, infrared cabin).
The relaxation room and the textile-free area are only for guests aged 16 and over. -
What are the opening hours of the spa area?
The clothing-required areas of the WaldSpa – the indoor pool, panorama sauna, infrared sauna and steam room – are open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.00 am, and on the remaining weekdays from 7.30 am to 9.30 pm. The adjoining Waldsauna house is textilefree from 6.00 pm.
Our textilefree BergSpa is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for guests aged 16 and over. -
May I use the spa area on my departure day?
You may use the wellness area free of charge on the day of departure until check-out (11:00 am). For an additional charge of €15 per person, you may use the wellness area on the day of departure (including the lunch buffet) until 6:00 pm.

May I come with my dog to your hotel?
Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. Your dogs are also welcome to accompany you to our restaurant, but dogs are not permitted in the wellness area.
