- Are children allowed in the spa area?
Yes, children are welcome in the textile area (panorama indoor pool, steam bath, infrared cabin). We ask for your understanding that we have a quiet time in this area from 12 noon to 2.30 pm, during this time access is only for guests aged 16 and over.
The relaxation room and the textile-free area are only for guests aged 16 and over. - What are the opening hours of the spa area?
The indoor pool, panorama sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath are open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.00 a.m. and on the remaining days of the week from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
Our sauna house (textile-free area) is open from 10.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. for guests aged 16 and over. - May I use the spa area on my departure day?
You can use the spa area free of charge for the whole day on your day of departure. The spa area is also available to you from 10 am on your day of arrival.
- May I come with my dog to your hotel?
Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. Your dogs are also welcome to accompany you to our restaurant, but dogs are not permitted in the wellness area.
