The mountain bike paradise in the southern Black Forest

Mountain biking in the Black Forest does not necessarily mean that you only cycle in the dark forests. The landscape is very varied and so are the routes and trails: these vary in the form of steep descents and climbs, deserted valleys, refreshing lakes and authentic towns.

By mountain bike, the many cycling routes offer lots of fun for everyone and there are several long-distance cycling routes.

Tip: If you are a beginner, we have just the thing for you. Our hotel offers a WohlFit guest programme, which includes mountain bike technique training. A summer biathlon is also available on request, also with mountain bikes.

The picturesque villages with their craftsmen's houses are a welcome change from the beautiful nature of the Black Forest. In the evenings you can enjoy delicious artisan food and a great mug of beer or wine from the region. You can organise everything yourself or simply book individual MTB tours in the Black Forest. We give our guests the opportunity to rent hard trail mountain bikes from Scott or from the Cube brand free of charge for 3 hours during their stay. In addition, a lockable garage is available free of charge and you can borrow mountain bike maps, helmets and other accessories, such as backpacks, at the reception. The many wonderful panoramic mountain bike trails on the mountain ranges towards Feldberg, Belchen, Schauinsland and Todtnau start directly from our hotel and are a must for every mountain bike lover.
